Backed by a fresh $4M seed round and already generating revenue, they’re building an AI teammate that integrates seamlessly into existing workflows, one that can understand documents, automate processes, and remove the manual grind.
They’re now searching for their Founding AI Engineer to design, build, and scale the intelligence layer that powers the product.
What You’ll Do Architect and deploy LLM-powered systems for document understanding and workflow automation
Own the full ML lifecycle: from data curation and fine-tuning to inference optimisation
Collaborate directly with the founders to shape product, set technical direction, and establish the foundation for the AI team
What They’re Looking For Strong background in AI/ML engineering, ideally with LLMs, NLP, or document intelligence
Proven experience shipping production-grade systems in Python
Deep familiarity with modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, or similar)
Bonus: scaling GPU-heavy workloads (CUDA, distributed training/inference)
What’s on Offer $120K–160K base salary + 1–2.5% equity
