Position Overview:
Join a mission-driven advancement team as a Major Gifts Fundraising Manager , where you'll lead donor engagement strategies to drive philanthropic support in a healthcare setting. This hybrid role is based in Burlington, MA, and focuses on cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gift donors to advance institutional goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of high-potential donors and lead major gift solicitation efforts
Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies in partnership with internal stakeholders
Create compelling proposals and donor communications aligned with philanthropic priorities
Collaborate with physicians, researchers, and leaders to understand and represent strategic initiatives
Contribute to annual development planning and team-wide fundraising strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
3–5 years of experience in major gift fundraising or related field
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor database tools
Ability to travel locally for donor engagement
