
Ducati Newport Beach is a top-selling luxury motorcycle dealership seeking an experienced, take-charge Sales and Finance Manager to add their expertise to our established team. Candidates must have a proven track record of success in the Powersports industry, with Ducati experience highly preferred.

Our Sales and Finance Manager will be responsible for increasing the profitability of the sales department while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet clients and ensure fast response to incoming phone calls
Ensure proper tracking of all customer contacts and leads through CRM logs and internet sources
Manage inbound leads, appointments, and the customer database
Work closely as a team to maximize advertising exposure, including social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Participate in all sales meetings and promotional events
Collaborate with all dealership departments to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals
Process F&I transactions
Requirements:
Proven sales management track record within a fast-paced Powersports dealership (Ducati experience strongly preferred)
Excellent customer service, organizational, and closing skills
Consistent and stable work history
Working knowledge of ADP Lightspeed preferred
F&I experience
Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software
Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Must possess a valid motorcycle license and successfully pass drug screening, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record check
