Location: Remote (US - East Coast Preferred)
About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Director - New Business Development to lead the growth of our Infrastructure & Security Services portfolio. This is a high-impact role for a strategic hunter who excels at opening doors, shaping large deals, and building trusted relationships with CXO-level decision-makers.
You will own the end-to-end new business lifecycle – from identifying opportunities and prospecting to deal closure and onboarding, collaborating closely with executive leadership, presales, and delivery teams to bring innovative solutions to market.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new logo acquisition and net-new revenue growth across priority industries.
Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution positioning, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders using a consultative, value-driven approach.
Collaborate with presales, solution architects, and global teams to design tailored Infrastructure and Cybersecurity solutions.
Represent the organization in executive briefings, client meetings, and industry forums.
Mentor and guide sales team members to enhance new business capabilities.
What You Bring
15+ years in IT services with 8-10+ years in new business development / hunter roles.
Proven experience selling Infrastructure and/or Cybersecurity services in the US market.
Track record of closing large, complex, multi-year deals.
Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Willingness to travel 50-60%, as needed.
Nice to Have
Exposure to industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Media, Nonprofits, Travel, and Transportation.
