Our client, a global IT services and consulting firm, is looking for a
proven Sales Hunter
to drive
net-new logo acquisition
in the
Insurance (Property & Casualty)
space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on opening doors and closing new business, with hands-on experience selling
Guidewire, Duck Creek, AI-led and niche insurance technology solutions . Some exposure to Banking and Financial Services is a plus.
This is a pure hunting role – not account management
Preferred Location
Highly preferred:
Michigan (MI)
Strong candidates from the
Eastern or Central U.S.
may be considered.
What You’ll Do
Identify, pursue, and close
net-new Insurance (P&C) clients
Lead end-to-end hunter sales cycles from prospecting to closure
Drive consultative sales around
Guidewire, Duck Creek, AI, data, digital, and cloud services
Build executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and IT/Digital leaders
Own territory planning, pipeline creation, and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
8–12+ years of BFSI IT services / consulting sales experience
Strong
Insurance (P&C) domain expertise
Demonstrated success as a
Sales Hunter
with new logo wins
Experience selling
Guidewire, Duck Creek , or adjacent insurance platforms
Self-driven, outcome-oriented, and comfortable working independently
