Our client, a global IT services and consulting firm, is looking for a
proven Sales Hunter
to drive
net‑new logo acquisition
in the
Insurance (Property & Casualty)
space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on opening doors and closing new business, with hands‑on experience selling
Guidewire, Duck Creek, AI‑led and niche insurance technology solutions . Some exposure to Banking and Financial Services is a plus.
This is a pure hunting role – not account management
Preferred Location
Highly preferred:
Michigan (MI)
Strong candidates from the
Eastern or Central U.S.
may be considered.
What You’ll Do
Identify, pursue, and close
net‑new Insurance (P&C) clients
Lead end‑to‑end hunter sales cycles from prospecting to closure
Drive consultative sales around
Guidewire, Duck Creek, AI, data, digital, and cloud services
Build executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and IT/Digital leaders
Own territory planning, pipeline creation, and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
8–12+ years of BFSI IT services / consulting sales experience
Strong
Insurance (P&C) domain expertise
Demonstrated success as a
Sales Hunter
with new logo wins
Experience selling
Guidewire, Duck Creek , or adjacent insurance platforms
Self‑driven, outcome‑oriented, and comfortable working independently
