Base Pay:
$16.00/hr – $17.00/hr

Responsibilities
Assist in ensuring the property meets or exceeds the expectations of owners, tenants, vendors, and all customers.
Maintain open communication to keep the manager apprised of any property issues.
Open office and inspect the property on a scheduled basis.
Assist in generating and increasing monthly and annual income by completing outreach marketing and coordinating a plan with the site manager to maximize effectiveness of visits, calls, emails, etc.
Assist in developing a marketing action plan with strategies to meet or exceed budgeted income, occupancy, expense, and leasing goals.
Reports To Property Manager, Self‑Storage
Schedule Flexible schedule with a maximum of 28 hours per week.
Monday‑Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, some Saturdays 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in property management, retail services, or sales strongly desired.
Available to assist in after‑hour emergencies as needed.
Excellent interpersonal, communicative skills, and a customer‑focused service orientation.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
SiteLink Program knowledge a plus.
Proficient reading, writing, mathematical, and grammar skills.
Physical Functions
Read and comprehend moderately complex documents.
Communicate information and ideas verbally and in writing with clarity.
Operate a computer and other office productivity equipment (copy machine, printer, telephone, fax).
Type at a high level of repetitive typing using a computer keyboard.
Remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
Move about inside the office to access files, cabinets, supplies, and office equipment.
Alternate between sitting, standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
Bend, stoop, and reach occasionally.
Travel to different work sites via personal automobile, rental car, airplane, or public transportation up to 20% of the time.
Lift, carry, and/or move up to 75 pounds occasionally.
Be exposed to inside and outside environmental conditions, chemical hazards, respiratory hazards, extreme cold or heat for more than 1 hour at a time.
Other Requirements Must be able to pass a drug test, driving record check, criminal history check, and background checks prior to employment with Sterling Management Ltd.
