Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Palos Park, IL for a Commercial Account Manager. The individual in this role will manage existing client accounts, addressing insurance needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing tailored insurance recommendations, processing client updates, and supporting sales initiatives. The role also includes working collaboratively with the team to enhance service offerings and build strong relationships with clients to retain and grow the book of business.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Account Management and Insurance, with a strong ability to manage and oversee client accounts effectively.
Exceptional Customer Service and Communication abilities to engage with clients, address their concerns, and deliver tailored solutions.
Experience in Sales, including identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving revenue goals.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts and tasks.
Proficiency in insurance‑related software and tools is a plus.
Knowledge of commercial insurance products or previous experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is desired.
