Our client is seeking a P&C licensed, dedicated, and proactive Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team.

Proven experience in account management, preferably in a small business or B2B context.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of small business clients. Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions that align with their goals.
Work closely with internal teams to develop customized proposals, quotes, and packages that meet the specific requirements of each client. Coordinate the implementation of solutions and ensure seamless delivery.
Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling. Present additional products or services that can add value to the client's business, driving revenue growth for both the client and the company.
Provide clients with training and guidance on utilizing our products and services effectively. Ensure clients are well-equipped to maximize the benefits of their partnership with our company.
Address any challenges or concerns raised by clients promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely updates to clients.
Monitor key performance metrics and indicators for each client's account. Regularly review progress against established goals and develop strategies to enhance client success.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments that could impact our clients. Use this information to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, interactions, and account details in our CRM system.
