Base Salary: $74,000–$77,000/year, based on experience

About the Opportunity RISE St. Augustine is a brand-new, build-to-rent community offering the privacy of single-family living with the convenience of luxury rental services. We are bringing on a Property Manager in November 2025 to lead the community through pre-leasing, lease-up, and beyond. This is your chance to launch a new neighborhood from the ground up and build a high-performing team with a people-first culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee all daily operations, leasing, and financial performance of the community
Lead lease-up efforts and implement strategies to meet occupancy goals
Hire, train, and support a high-performing on-site team
Manage vendor relationships, budgets, rent collection, and reporting
Ensure community standards are upheld, from curb appeal to customer service
Coordinate closely with construction and development teams during the initial handoff
Plan and support resident engagement efforts to foster a connected community
What We’re Looking For
At least 3 years of experience in residential property management (lease‑up experience preferred)
Strong leadership skills and a track record of building successful teams
Understanding of build-to-rent, multifamily, or single‑family rental models
Proficient in property management software (Entrata preferred)
Strong financial acumen and comfort managing budgets and reporting
Exceptional communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
A proactive, self‑starter mentality with a passion for creating community
