Job Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, social) to healthcare facilities and users

Educate prospective ambulatory care partners and suppliers about the value of the employer's digital ordering platform

Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for account executives to drive expansion and integration

Identify integration potential and articulate how the employer fits into clinical workflows to improve patient care

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects in HubSpot, tracking engagement and progress

Qualifications

1-2 years in Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or a similar function

Strong experience in cold outreach and lead qualification, ideally in SaaS or healthcare technology

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive

Driven, curious, and eager to improve through feedback

Ability to connect comfortably with clinicians, office staff, and executives
