Customer Account Representative – Rent‑A‑Center
Hourly rate: $16.66–$19.55 per hour.

Responsibilities
Provide friendly, top‑notch service with a "white glove" approach in stores and at customers' homes; accept new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
Manage deliveries & pickups, safely loading/unloading and installing products while following all handling and transportation procedures; maintain vehicles.
Maintain an inviting store: refurbish merchandise, keep showroom dusted, vacuumed, and organized.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum age 18 years.
Valid state driver's license and clean driving record (company vehicles will be driven).
Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.

Physical Demands The employee is expected to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb throughout the day, frequently lifting and moving heavy items. All employers must adhere to company safety guidelines.
Expected Hours of Work Full‑time, Monday through Saturday with store open‑to‑close hours plus one weekday off. Sundays off. Schedules may change as business needs dictate.
