We’re looking for an energetic and customer‑focused individual to join our team and provide high‑quality goods that enhance customers’ lives. As a Customer Account Representative, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service both in-store and to customers’ homes.

Responsibilities
Customer Service: Deliver friendly, top‑notch customer experiences through “white glove” service with a servant’s heart in our stores and in customers’ homes; obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
Deliveries & Pickups: Safely and compliantly load, unload, and install products; follow all handling and transportation procedures; keep vehicles clean and properly maintained.
Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized products and cleanliness; refurbish merchandise to like‑new condition; keep showrooms dusted, vacuumed, and organized.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (you will be driving company vehicles)
Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical Demands This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day. It also requires frequent lifting and moving (push/pull) of heavy items and merchandise. All coworkers are expected to adhere to safety guidelines while meeting these physical demands.
Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time position with hours/days of work Monday through Saturday, from store open to close. Sundays and one other weekday are off. Schedules and overtime may change as directed by management and business needs.
