Responsibilities

Follow all production and effort-based guidelines while maintaining HGV values and delivering superior customer service.

Demonstrate self‑motivation and a "One Team" mentality, collaborating with key partners across the organization.

Maintain a professional appearance and attend all scheduled sales meetings and training via Microsoft Teams.

Navigate essential tools such as Salesforce, Chorus, E‑Worksheet, RingCentral, Outlook, and more.

Work a flexible schedule, available on weekends and holidays.

Leverage prior sales experience to drive results.

Hold an active state real‑estate license if required in your state of residence.

Reside in a state with an active HGV broker relationship: AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN.

Qualifications Successful candidates will be self‑driven, collaborative, tech‑savvy, and able to adapt to a flexible schedule while maintaining professional standards.
