In House Sales Manager - Remote HVC
Hilton Grand Vacations is hiring a Remote In House Sales Manager to drive sales and customer service excellence. The role focuses on executing responsibilities in line with the company’s Service Culture and achieving net sales volume targets.
Responsibilities
Generate maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
Promote and support the Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club brand culture.
Supervise and mentor the sales team, modeling effective sales and customer service practices.
Maintain a professional image that upholds HGV standards of integrity, quality and customer service.

Qualifications
Consistent track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
High School diploma or equivalent.
2+ years’ experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
2+ years’ of proven front‑to‑back sales experience within timeshare sales.
Prior experience closing sales or in sales management.
Basic technical proficiency with Salesforce, Chorus, E‑worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence).
Residency in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship: AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN.
Technology Requirements
Work in a private, professional space free from interruptions.
Maintain a clean and organized camera background.
Be on camera throughout training and live presentations.
Understand that all visual and audio interactions are recorded as part of onboarding and training processes.
