We’re looking for an Inside Sales & Showroom Manager to join our growing team in New Berlin. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role ideal for someone with entry to mid‑level sales experience who wants to grow their career in sales, marketing, and account management. What You’ll Do

Manage inbound sales leads via phone, email, website, and walk‑in showroom traffic Guide customers through furniture solutions, pricing, and purchase decisions Maintain and grow customer relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction Support outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and follow‑ups Help manage and merchandise the showroom/retail floor Assist with social media, promotions, and basic marketing initiatives Track leads, quotes, and sales activity using internal systems/CRM Collaborate with the operations and leadership team to hit sales goals What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in inside sales, retail sales, customer service, or account management (preferred, not required) High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field a plus, not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with customers and making outbound calls Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus Why Join Recon?
