In-Home Sales Representative
for our Nashville area team. We are looking for experienced sales professionals who want a great career and an unlimited financial opportunity while maintaining a nice work‑life balance.
Are you outgoing and pleasantly persuasive? Can you build instant rapport with a stranger? Are you highly motivated by an uncapped commission sales opportunity? If so, this position could be a great fit for you! Our Outside Sales Representatives go on preset and pre‑qualified appointments in the local Middle TN area. We provide a professional in‑home presentation via an iPad that is persuasive enough for a same‑day home improvement purchase decision. Backed by Tennessee's #1 Home Improvement company with unmatched products and warranties, our representatives are well‑trained and set‑up for immediate success.
We offer a lucrative commission structure with a bi‑weekly draw. Our top Outside Sales Reps make $100,000–$200,000 a year!
Job Responsibilities
Deliver a professional presentation to homeowners following a well‑trained sales system on an iPad and close same‑day sales
Overcome objections and handle rejection positively
Complete electronic contracts with accurate details of the product(s) the customer is purchasing from American Home Design
Sell at least 30% of the leads issued to you
Occasionally generate own business leads (up to 1 hour/day)
Run approximately 8–10 leads a week
Provide excellent customer service before and after installation
