In-Home Sales Representative
for our Nashville area team. We are looking for experienced sales professionals who want a great career and an unlimited financial opportunity while maintaining a nice work‑life balance. These representatives go on preset and pre‑qualified appointments in the local Middle Tennessee area. We provide a professional in‑home presentation via an iPad that is persuasive enough for a same‑day home improvement purchase decision. Backed by Tennessee’s #1 Home Improvement company with unmatched products and warranties, our representatives are well‑trained and set‑up for immediate success. We offer a lucrative commission structure with a bi‑weekly draw. Our top Outside Sales Reps make $100,000–$200,000 a year! In‑Home Sales Representative Job Responsibilities
Deliver a professional presentation to homeowners following a well‑trained sales system on an iPad and close same‑day sales Overcome objections and handle rejection positively Complete electronic contracts with accurate details of the product(s) the customer is purchasing from American Home Design Sell at least 30% of the leads issued to you Occasionally generate own business leads (up to 1 hour/day) Run approximately 8–10 leads a week Provide excellent customer service before and after installation Sales Representative Benefits
