Overview We are hiring a full‑time In‑Home Sales Representative.
The role involves traveling within the Middle Tennessee region to deliver a professional in‑home presentation on an iPad, negotiate, and close same‑day home improvement sales.
A bi‑weekly draw and uncapped commission structure can result in annual earnings of $100,000–$200,000.
Responsibilities
Deliver a professional presentation to homeowners using a trained sales system on an iPad and close same‑day sales.
Overcome objections and handle rejection positively.
Complete electronic contracts with accurate details of the product(s) the customer is purchasing from American Home Design.
Sell at least 30% of the leads issued to you.
Occasionally generate own business leads (up to 1 hour/day).
Run approximately 8–10 leads a week.
Provide excellent customer service before and after installation.
