Route Sales Representative – Frito‑Lay
Job Description
All interviews will be held on 1/13/2026. Route Sales Representatives are essential to our success. You will deliver, sell, and merchandize Frito‑Lay products—including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos—to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and grocery stores. You will drive a Frito‑Lay truck, unload orders, display products, and collaborate with store managers to grow sales. Daily tasks include maintaining sales records and ensuring store merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities
Learn the role basics during 4–6 weeks of training.
Drive routes, visit various stores, and build new customer relationships.
Grow sales by leveraging product displays and national initiatives.
Maintain a consistent route schedule with set days off.
Work in a fast‑paced, physical environment.
Qualifications
21 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and ability to obtain additional licenses as required.
Physical stamina to frequently lift 40 lbs., with accommodations as needed.
Availability to work weekends and holidays, as schedule is 24‑hour.
