Route Sales Representative – Interview 1/14/2026
We are looking for a dedicated Route Sales Representative to deliver, sell, and merchandise Frito‑Lay’s complete line of products, including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more, to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.
Role
Learn the basics of the role through four to six weeks of training.
Run routes, visit different stores, and meet new customers.
Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
Secure a route with set days off and a consistent schedule.
Work in a fun, fast‑paced, and physical environment.
Qualifications
21 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain any additional required licenses.
Able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
