Role Description This is a full-time role for a Sales Specialist based in the Greater Perth and Houston Area.

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying client needs, promoting our OEM robotic products and performing PoC’s while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Daily tasks will include managing sales processes, delivering product presentations, demos and PoC’s, providing training where required, and achieving sales targets.

The role will require close collaboration with both clients and the internal technical support team to ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Identifying client needs and promoting OEM robotic products.

Performing PoC’s and delivering product presentations and demos.

Providing training to clients and maintaining strong relationships.

Managing sales processes and achieving sales targets.

Collaborating with clients and technical support team.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.

Experience in sales and sales management for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to provide product training to clients with excellent presentation skills.

Proven ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic on-site environment.

Technical knowledge or experience in the inspection, testing, and measuring equipment industry is a plus.

Relevant qualifications in sales, business development, or related fields.
