Job Summary:
This role is focused exclusively on prospecting and new business development within an assigned Midwest territory. The Territory Sales Representative will drive growth by identifying, engaging, and opening new customer accounts. This position is ideal for a motivated outside sales professional who thrives in a high‑activity, results‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals through consistent prospecting activity
Identify and develop new customer relationships within the assigned territory
Open new accounts and transition them into active, recurring customers
Maintain and manage a sales pipeline using Salesforce
Introduce and roll out new product offerings and pricing programs
Communicate order updates, pricing changes, and product information to customers
Manage time effectively between field activity, reporting, and administrative follow‑up
Qualifications Required:
Proven outside sales experience with strong closing ability
Willingness to travel 80–100% within the assigned territory
Self‑starter with strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong analytical and business judgment skills
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
Commission and annual bonus opportunities
