As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store, actively sell our products, support garment refills and presentation, and work closely with the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers and supporting them with direct service.

Engage in conversations with customers to deliver exceptional service.

Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products across the store.

Promote and sell products effectively.

Actively promote H&M Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives.

Represent H&M brand positively during all interactions.

Support commercial and operational actions to reach sales targets with store management.

Contribute to clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, and support garment care and presentation.

Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practice.

Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements.

Qualifications

Passionate about fashion and committed to delivering a great customer experience.

Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive and action‑oriented.

Experience working in dynamic retail or customer service environments.

Sales experience and ability to apply it to the role.

Experience in fashion, retail or service‑related industries.
