About the Role
As a Sales Advisor at H&M you will provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through the store, actively sell products, and support customers with fashion and product knowledge. Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives. Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets. Process fully the garment cycle, maintain presentation and visual guidelines. Support opening and closing of the store. A Day in the Life
Customer Sales & Profit: Welcome & guide customers, engage in conversations, promote trends, support sales targets. Fashion & Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and share information with customers. Team & Development: Share knowledge, follow procedures, give and receive feedback, participate in onboarding. Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution: Manage garment care, fitting rooms, checkout, presentation, inventory, and tech tools. Qualifications
Passionate about fashion. Motivated by delivering a great customer experience. Communicative, creative, curious, flexible, decisive, action-oriented.
