CPI Security , a leader in the security and automation solutions industry, is looking for a Residential Security Advisor to join our growing team in Raleigh, North Carolina! Our Residential Security Advisors design, present, and sell award‑winning security and home automation solutions and schedule in‑home sales consultations through lead generation and prospecting using company‑provided tools. This opportunity offers uncapped, performance‑based income while making a meaningful impact on community safety. We seek independent, goal‑oriented, experienced sales professionals who enjoy building relationships and solving customer challenges.
What You’ll Do
Effectively communicate CPI Security’s value, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers.
Self‑generate customer connect opportunities, in addition to company leads, to meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in an assigned location.
Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales.
Work closely with Sales Manager and team to ensure goals are achieved.
What We Are Looking For
High school diploma.
1–2 years of outside sales experience preferred; we will train the right individual.
Highly driven with a strong work ethic and integrity.
Excellent time‑management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Strong communication skills and professional credibility to influence sales leaders and professionals.
Detail‑oriented, creative, and decisive.
Experience working with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

$60,000 to $90,000 annual average earnings.
Guaranteed base pay and uncapped commissions.
