Community Relations Specialist (Autism Care / ABA Therapy) Bright Pathways ABA | Human-First Autism Care is seeking an experienced community relations lead to serve as a trusted liaison between Bright Pathways and the communities we support.

For too long, autism care has been treated like a transaction — referrals handed off, families placed on waitlists, and providers measured by volume instead of continuity. Many clinicians, schools, and community partners feel this disconnect every day. They want to guide families toward thoughtful, responsive care — but are often met with long delays, poor communication, and systems that feel more industrial than human. Bright Pathways ABA was built to change that. We are leading a human‑first, relationship‑driven approach to autism care—one built on accountability, presence, and real partnership with the professionals families trust most.

What You’ll Do

Build and sustain long‑term relationships with clinics, schools, therapy centers, and community organizations.

Conduct regular field visits, host conversations, and maintain thoughtful, ongoing follow‑ups.

Track outreach and referral activity to ensure continuity and follow‑through (training provided).

Collaborate closely with leadership to shape outreach strategy and regional coverage.

What Background We’re Looking For

Experience in community outreach, partnerships, or relationship‑based roles within healthcare—ideally within ABA or behavioral health.

Comfort being accountable for outcomes; held responsibility for results tied to relationships.
