For too long, autism care has been treated like a transaction—referrals handed off, families placed on waitlists, and providers measured by volume instead of continuity.

Many clinicians, schools, and community partners feel this disconnect every day. They want to guide families toward thoughtful, responsive care—yet often meet long delays, poor communication, and systems that feel industrial rather than human.

Bright Pathways ABA was built to change that.

We are leading a human‑first, relationship‑driven approach to autism care—building on accountability, presence, and real partnership with the professionals families trust most. We don’t measure success by volume, but by continuity, clarity, and the quality of the experience on both sides of the referral.

As this model gains momentum, we’re looking for an experienced community relations lead to serve as a trusted liaison between Bright Pathways and the communities we support.

If you’re drawn to work that restores trust, shortens the distance between families and care, and allows you to represent something genuinely different—this role may be the next chapter you’ve been looking for.

What You’ll Do

Build and sustain long‑term relationships with clinics, schools, therapy centers, and community organizations

Conduct regular field visits, host conversations, and maintain thoughtful, ongoing follow‑ups

Identify opportunities where families may benefit from earlier or better‑supported access to ABA services

Track outreach and referral activity to ensure continuity and follow‑through (training provided)

Collaborate closely with leadership to shape outreach strategy and regional coverage

This is a role with real ownership and influence. You’ll have a genuine seat at the table—your insights from the field directly shape how we grow, how we partner, and how we improve access to care. We’re not looking for someone to simply execute instructions; we’re looking for a thoughtful partner in building what comes next.

You’ll work closely with company leadership, with open access to decision‑makers and a voice that is heard and valued. As Bright Pathways grows, so does your opportunity to grow alongside it—through expanded responsibility, deeper impact, and increased ownership.

Our culture is intentionally human‑first. We operate with trust, kindness, collaboration, and care—for families, for community partners, and for one another. We believe the best outcomes happen when people feel respected, supported, and empowered to do meaningful work.

What Background We’re Looking For

Experience in community outreach, partnerships, or relationship‑based roles within healthcare, ideally within ABA or behavioral health

Comfort being accountable for outcomes—you’ve held responsibility for results tied to your relationships and take pride in follow‑through and impact

A track record of building trust that leads to action—you understand how presence, consistency, and credibility drive long‑term collaboration

Compensation Top performers can earn $120,000+/year, through:

Base salary

Performance‑based compensation tied to families who successfully begin services

Additional bonuses for sustained impact

Your compensation grows as your relationships deepen and your community impact expands.

You’ll Thrive Here If You

Communicate with warmth, clarity, and professionalism

Enjoy being in the field and meeting partners where they are

Take initiative and follow through on details

Are energized by relationship‑building

Value mission‑driven work

Want to represent care that is deeply human, not transactional

The Impact of Your Work Families often turn first to pediatricians, schools, and trusted local professionals when navigating autism services.

Your relationships help those families reach care sooner—and help therapists step into roles where they can truly make a difference.

If this feels like work you’d be proud to stand behind, we’d love to meet you.
