This is a training role that prepares the Sales Trainee for the Account Sales Manager role. The role primarily supports sales initiatives and provides route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness, injury, or special projects. The ST works with management to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for all large & small format “off premise” stores, servicing customers safely, productively, and professionally in compliance with Red Bull executional standards.
Responsibilities
Participate in a comprehensive training program and, upon successful completion, interview for open Account Sales Manager roles.
Provide business acumen by learning Red Bull products, executing proper brand rotation, and maintaining professional customer relationships to increase sales.
Prepare daily: obtain tools (insights, displays, POS, pricing) and communicate priorities with ASMs/DSMs.
Support in‑store execution: cover ASM routes as needed, meet KPI targets (sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, merchandising).
Support off‑route tasks: audits, blitzes, display building, merchandising to drive sales.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory or advertising displays.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
The base salary range for this position is $19.38 to $29.08 per hour. Actual salary may vary based on experience. The base pay range is subject to change.
