What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and manage sales initiatives to maximize market penetration for the employer's product portfolio within the Natural Channel
Lead and collaborate with broker and distributor teams to drive sales execution and achieve volume targets
Analyze sales performance data and provide insights to enhance strategic planning and decision-making
Foster strong internal and external relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Oversee merchandising activities and ensure optimal product placement in retail environments
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 8-10 years of retail sales experience, with at least two years in sales support for organic food distributors
Strong planning and organizational skills, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proficiency in leveraging sales data to monitor performance and trends
Proven success with consumer packaged goods companies in the Natural Channel
Ability to travel up to 50% for market engagement with retailers and broker partners
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in both large and small organizations, balancing strategic vision with hands‑on execution
Previous exposure to cross‑functional work between Sustainability and Sales
Residence in Phoenix, Arizona, preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
