This role offers a base salary of $110,000.00 per year, with additional compensation opportunities through commissions and discretionary bonuses. Your total compensation will depend on your experience, skills, and performance.

Territory Coverage The position covers the state of Indiana. Candidates must reside within the state to be considered, ensuring strong, local relationships with primary care providers and efficient travel across the region.

THE ROLE The General Practice Sales Consultant (GPSC) is a key position for an experienced professional with a strong background in primary care provider (PCP) sales. This role drives the adoption of Biodesix diagnostic products in the primary care setting, building and maintaining relationships with PCPs in the assigned territory.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead the adoption of Biodesix products by working directly with PCPs and their staff in an assigned territory.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive market growth and product adoption in the primary care setting.

Build and maintain strong relationships with PCPs, practice managers, and key decision‑makers in primary care practices.

Educate PCPs on the clinical value and implementation of Biodesix diagnostic solutions.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities within the primary care space to inform sales strategies.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive product improvements and address customer needs.

Provide exemplary customer service and promptly resolve any issues or concerns.

Accurately track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Bachelor’s Degree.

2+ years proven track record of success in medical or diagnostic sales to primary care physicians.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with PCPs and their staff.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex medical information to primary care audiences.

Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
