We’re growing fast and looking for a skilled, motivated Framing Crew Foreman to join our team and lead residential framing projects.

Up to $100,000 per year depending on experience What You'll Do: Supervise and work alongside a residential framing crew Read and interpret plans Coordinate daily tasks and crew assignments Ensure quality control, safety, and timely job completion Frame walls, sheet walls, set roofs, and sheet roofs What You Bring: Proven framing experience (leadership experience preferred) Strong work ethic and ability to manage a crew Reliability and a positive attitude Must show up and give your best every day Ability to train and work with crew members of varying skill levels Perks: Overtime opportunities Paid holidays Year-round local work Christmas bonus Opportunities to grow with us Call Teresa at 605-201-3010 to apply.
