Business Development Representative – Precision Machining

RemX is seeking a
Business Development Representative
to drive new business for precision-machined components serving aerospace, aircraft, pharmaceutical, and defense markets. This is a hands-on B2B sales role requiring technical knowledge, relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract. What You’ll Do
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities while managing the complete sales cycle Prepare and negotiate quotes in collaboration with production to meet client specifications and deadlines Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up Apply technical knowledge of machining processes, materials (aluminum, stainless steel, titanium), and mechanical drawings to support sales efforts Track pipeline activity, reporting, and forecasting using CRM tools (JobBOSS preferred) What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in machining, manufacturing, or related industries Proven ability to develop and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry contacts Strong technical aptitude and understanding of CNC machining capabilities Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills Why Join
