We partner with major studios and companies on Streaming, TV, Film, Gaming and Branding.

We are currently looking to fill the following role:
Business Development Manager (Commission Based)
The Role This is a commission-based, fully remote position (with office space available in Burbank if desired). Ideal candidates will have prior brand and entertainment experience, with existing relationships preferred. In this role, you’ll set your own pace and schedule while helping acquire and on‑board new clients and projects. You’ll have full access to our award winning company portfolio, accolades, staff support, and an expense account to back your efforts in building new lines of business and accounts.
We offer:
High Commission Rate: 20% on new work, 10% on subsequent work from new accounts
Additional monthly recurring retainer payments once new accounts begin
Fully remote, but applicants local to LA or PST preferred
Control of schedule, hours, days worked
Requirements:
Must have Agency, Studio or Brand professional work experience
Sales and client relations experience
Account Executive experience preferred, but not required
