We’re looking for a Manager to join our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team in Tech Consulting. The role can be based in various locations. At EY, we help businesses realize the value they can gain from their IT investments. Our EPM team applies cutting-edge technology and techniques to bring solutions to our clients. As a Manager, you will help our clients navigate the complex world of Enterprise Performance Management through detailed process design and implementation support. Your key responsibilities will include managing client engagement teams, delivering professional services, and managing business development activities. You will also focus on the effective management and delivery of technology solutions, ensuring quality and risk management. Developing solutions to complex problems and recommending policy changes. Establishing procedures that affect your immediate work area and possibly the broader business function. Exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. To excel as a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will need a robust set of technical and business skills. Your success will be driven by your proficiency in: Fostering relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently delivering quality client services. Driving high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitoring progress, managing risk, and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Managing expectations of client service delivery. Staying up-to-date on current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. Effectively managing and motivating client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. Playing an active role in counseling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization. Cultivating and managing business development opportunities. Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships and networks. Assisting in the strategy and implementation of EPM tools, processes, and transformational solutions. Application and Tool Analysis. Cloud Computing Architecture. To qualify for the role, you must have: A Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree). Typically, no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience. A minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in the following focus areas: master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, or BI reporting. Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape. A strong working knowledge and point of view on the evolving concepts and practices for EPM. Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. A willingness to travel to meet client needs. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a base salary range of $139,100 to $254,900. We also provide medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
