The ideal candidate will have a robust set of technical and business skills, with proficiency in fostering relationships, driving high-quality work products, and managing expectations. The role involves managing client engagement teams, working with clients to deliver professional services, and managing business development activities. Key responsibilities include developing solutions to complex problems, establishing procedures, and exercising judgment in selecting methods and techniques. Required skills and attributes include a Bachelor’s degree, 4-6 years of relevant experience, and a minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, or BI reporting. A strong working knowledge of modern EPM solutions and a proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions are also essential. EY offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a base salary range of $139,100 to $254,900, medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
