As they continue to grow, they’re seeking an autonomous, results-driven Sales Executive who can help expand their reach in managed IT, cybersecurity, and compliance services. You will be stepping into a role designed for someone who thrives on building new business, values long-term client relationships, and enjoys the freedom of owning the entire sales process.
What You’ll Do
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across Managed IT, cybersecurity, and compliance services
Build and maintain long-term client relationships post-sale (you’re rewarded for doing so via ongoing commissions—not responsible for full account management)
Develop and execute your own outbound sales strategies while receiving support from marketing efforts
Manage the full sales cycle autonomously—from prospecting through closing
Collaborate with executives, technical teams, and support staff for quoting, procurement, and licensing
Complete a comprehensive onboarding program to fully understand services, processes, and delivery methodology
What You Bring
Proven success in outside sales—preferably within an MSP, IT services, SaaS, or cybersecurity environment
Ability to independently run the entire sales process with minimal oversight
Strong relationship-building skills and comfort with commission-driven earning structures
Experience working with CRMs and handling quotes/procurement a plus
High integrity, ethical approach, and commitment to transparency with clients
Ability to maintain strong performance without sacrificing work-life balance
Commission:
Highly lucrative long-term plan tied to both new deals and ongoing client retention
