RCP Management Company is seeking a seasoned Onsite Community Manager to oversee the operations of a residential community in East Windsor, NJ. This full-time role offers a competitive starting salary of $85,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: 401(k) plan with employer match Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Life insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage In addition to a strong compensation package, RCP offers a signing bonus and flexibility in the role: Signing Bonus: $1,500 total — $750 upon hire and $750 after six months of successful employment Work Flexibility: After 90 days of full-time, on-site work, you'll have the option to work remotely one day per week Compensation:
