Description We are seeking a

Service Desk Technician

for a

6-8 month contract . This position is

onsite, Monday through Friday, first shift , at a location in

Evansville, IN . The role involves providing

first-level phone, email, and chat support

for end-user issues, including troubleshooting account lockouts and assisting with Active Directory and email migrations. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, the ability to follow corporate policies, and experience with

Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory , and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow. Prior help desk experience and ITIL certification are a plus.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Evansville, IN.

Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Evansville, IN.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
