Responsibilities Include:
Within Salesforce, completely Project Manage assigned residential reconstruction projects, ensuring correct production and quality control efforts meet Dry Force standards
Selling and closing the Residential Reconstruction job to the Homeowner
Building estimates using Matterport software into production
Coordinating internal pre/post-production efforts
Assisting customers through the insurance claims process
Ensure through an effective liaison relationship, the insurance adjuster approves the estimate
Managing subcontractors, insurance companies, coworkers, and customers
Inspection of job sites on a regular basis
Effectively briefing and communicating with peers, staff, and leadership
Complete all reconstruction jobs efficiently, maintaining profitable revenue expectations
Maintaining safety standards at all times
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years of Project Management experience in a related field.
