Job Description We are searching for an Associate Account Executive to be based in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on expanding sales of Ethicon US, LLC products, converting competitive products in compliance with company policy, and supporting the aligned Area/Region for all sales-related activities. The AAE will be trained to demonstrate proper use of our products to healthcare providers in an operating room setting and execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, and ethical manner.

Responsibilities

Expand the sales of Ethicon US, LLC products and convert competitive products in a manner that complies with company policy and sales direction.

Support the aligned Area/Region for all sales-related activities and, upon successful completion of duties, be eligible to compete for the role of an Account Executive.

Be trained to understand and demonstrate proper use of our products to healthcare providers in an operating room setting.

Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical manner that leads the customer to action.

Understand and demonstrate proper preparation and surgical use of all Ethicon products.

Manage customer product questions and objections consistently with sales training methodology.

Conduct sales presentations using current selling methods learned in sales training courses.

Provide case coverage and assist surgeons through strategic platforms and products in an operating room.

Comply with standards for safe behavior and demonstrate product, procedure, and clinical knowledge.

Conduct business in accordance with the Business Conduct Policy, HCC, and other J&J policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

0–2 years of business experience.

Ability to travel as necessary (potentially overnight and/or weekend).

Valid driver’s license issued in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

2 years of professional experience.

Established business planning and forecasting experience.

Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Life Sciences, Medicine, or Business preferred.

Experience selling in a new or changed sales channel.

Strong desire to learn and grow professionally.

Excellence in process management and organizational agility.

Documentation of successful sales performance.

Ability to work in an operating room.

Pay Range $59,000 to $86,250.
