Now, we’re hiring a Recruitment Manager to lead our Permanent team in New York. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a 360° agency role and knows how to balance team leadership with hands‑on business development and client delivery.

The Opportunity This is a leadership role where you’ll make a real commercial impact, both through your own billing and by developing a team of high-potential recruiters. You’ll lead from the front in a competitive, high-demand market, managing key accounts, coaching consultants, and shaping the team’s strategy and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading client development, winning new accounts and expanding existing ones
Managing and coaching a team of 3–6 recruiters to hit and exceed performance targets
Overseeing delivery to ensure consistency, quality, and client satisfaction
Acting as strategic lead on key accounts and senior client relationships
Owning team metrics, revenue, KPIs, headcount growth, promotions
Creating a collaborative, ambitious team culture that delivers results
