Role Highlights

Lead and expand a high‑performing team across key US markets

Drive new business development while deepening established client relationships nationwide

Partner closely with global leadership to align strategy and maximize market reach

You Will Need

4 - 8+ years full desk recruitment experience in either Energy, Tech, Life Sciences, Engineering or A&F

Datacentre experience would be a huge plus

Proven success leading billing teams

Ability to design and execute growth plans with measurable revenue outcomes

Strong commercial acumen and comfort working with senior decision‑makers

Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing talent in a scaling environment

A proactive, ambitious mindset with the credibility to operate at senior leadership level
