Job Description
Seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is critical to maintaining and growing a book of business with approximately $350K in revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, be highly organized, and possess the ability to hit the ground running. This position is primarily in-office, with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week (likely Wednesday).
Compensation Package

Responsibilities
Manage a book of business with approximately $350K in revenue.
Handle quoting, endorsements, and other standard account management tasks.
Collaborate closely with producers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
Utilize AMS 360 (experience preferred but not required).
Qualifications/Requirements
Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and services.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in insurance management systems (AMS 360 experience is a plus).
Availability to work in-office with one remote day per week.
