We’re looking for an outstanding team member to join our Capital Markets team to structure, negotiate, and execute a critical part of our revenue strategy.
What You'll Do
Develop a strong understanding of our business and how Capital Markets fits into broader corporate initiatives.
Play a meaningful role in developing and executing the Capital Markets strategy, owning significant components of live transactions.
Own deal processes from start to finish, including structuring, negotiation, documentation, and execution.
Take charge of communication with Engineering, Product, Commercial, and Credit/Risk teams to drive scale for our capital platform.
Build and manage relationships with existing and potential investors.
What We Look For
5+ years in structured finance, fixed‑income investing, trading, private equity, consulting, or product/strategy roles.
Ability to reason through first principles and think outside the box.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams.
Strong collaboration and alignment with cross‑functional partners.
High level of humility and ownership of mistakes.
Experience with SQL or Python is a plus but not required.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Compensation and Equity Base Pay Grade: K
Equity Grade: 8
On Target Earnings (U.S. locations): $245,000 – $332,500 per year (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT), $217,000 – $304,500 per year (all other U.S. states).
Employees new to affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. The total compensation package may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits such as 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.
