About the Role We’re looking for an outstanding team member to join the Capital Markets team. The Capital Markets Manager will build and own a significant portion of the platform’s funding strategy, driving our ability to scale its consumer point‑of‑sale lending business globally.
What You’ll Do
Develop a strong understanding of the business and how Capital Markets fits into broader corporate initiatives.
Play a meaningful role in developing and executing Capital Markets strategy, including owning significant components of live transactions.
Own deal processes from start to finish—structure, negotiate, document, and execute.
Communicate with Engineering, Product, Commercial, and Credit/Risk teams to drive scale for the capital platform and funding strategy.
Build and manage relationships with existing and potential investors.
What We Look For
5+ years in structured finance, fixed‑income investing, trading, private equity, consulting, or product/strategy roles.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Ability to reason through first principles and think outside the box.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi‑task and manage simultaneous workstreams.
Ability to work and align with cross‑functional partners.
High level of humility and ownership of mistakes.
Experience with SQL or Python is a plus, but not required.

Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). USA On Target Earnings (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $245,000 – $332,500. USA On Target Earnings (all other U.S. states) per year: $217,000 – $304,500.
