Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM)
to join a growing team. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience.
Annual Bonus: Competitive bonus awarded in April.
401(k): 50% match up to 6%.

Work Environment: Flexible work arrangements, primarily onsite with hybrid options available for exceptional candidates. Flexibility for occasional remote work as needed.

Responsibilities
Provide general servicing for a variety of accounts, including contractors and manufacturers.
Manage accounts ranging from $40,000 to $1 million, with a focus on middle‑market accounts ($100,000 - $400,000).
Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
Complete Accord applications, marketing, and online rating.
Collaborate with internal teams, including dedicated certifications and claims teams.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem‑solving.
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: Prior experience in an independent agency servicing role is essential. Familiarity with Auto‑Owners and Selective is a plus. Open to candidates with varying levels of experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities; self‑starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education: Relevant educational background is preferred but not required.
