Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM)

to join a team.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the growth and success of a national brokerage firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing and marketing middle‑market accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with three days in the office and two days remote. Compensation Package

Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 annually Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan (details to be provided during the interview process) Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in‑office, 2 days remote) Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to middle‑market accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Handle marketing efforts for new and renewal business. Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve organizational goals. Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation. Maintain a high level of professionalism and expertise in all client interactions. Qualifications / Requirements

License: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Previous experience in servicing and marketing middle‑market accounts is essential. Software skills: Proficiency in EPIC software preferred but not required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment. Seniority Level
