POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced Property Manager at Sun Palace Vacations to oversee our vacation rental properties in Ft Myers Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for managing a team, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing team members schedules

Managing vendor schedules

Maintaining high cleaning and maintenance standards

Handling escalated issues with guests

Creating plans to keep the properties in excellent shape

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in leadership, team building, accountability and strategic thinking is preferred

Leads by example and holds team accountable for productivity and delivering results

Problem solver with a "can-do" mentality

Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize needs of guests in an effective manner

Ability to analyze financial data

Must be able to diagnose issues and implement solutions

Must have excellent time management and organizational skills

Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Passion for serving others and helping team create an exceptional guest experience

Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities in housekeeping systems, techniques, and products

Proficiency with standard office software applications and the ability to learn new software programs

The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or other computer applications or software

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Prolonged periods of standing and moving from location to location.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Annual Salary:

$50,000 - $65,000

Bonus

Annual Bonus from $3,000 - $8,000 based on overall shop performance in NOI, Unit Growth and Review Score

Schedule Available: 8am-6pm, Saturday - Sunday (Shifts will be 8 hours and be scheduled 5 days a week)
