Lead Consultant of Clinical Supplies and Laboratory Services
LSR is partnering with a leading provider of analytical instrumentation and quality control solutions to recruit a motivated and results‑driven Technical Sales Representative. Our client supports industries including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, coatings, and textiles, delivering advanced technologies used in precision‑critical environments. This role is ideal for a technically minded sales professional who excels in consultative selling and has experience working with analytical instrumentation in laboratory or production settings. Covering the Midwest. Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long‑term partnerships and repeat business Identify and develop new business opportunities within technical and niche markets Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic, consultative engagement Demonstrate, support, and train customers on the effective use of analytical instrumentation Provide technical expertise to ensure optimal application of instrumentation solutions Collaborate with sales leadership on key accounts and support the development of junior team members Represent the client at industry events, conferences, and trade shows Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business, communications, or a related field 3–5 years of capital equipment or technical sales experience, preferably involving analytical or scientific instrumentation Hands‑on experience with laboratory or process analytical instruments strongly preferred Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and ERP tools Seniority level
