Position Responsibilities

Execute proactive marketing activities to attract, retain, and expand customer relationships.

Provide effective onboarding and ongoing engagement for new and existing customers.

Act as a digital ambassador, guiding customers to online banking solutions.

Initiate financial wellness conversations to add value to customer relationships.

Support consumer portfolio management, driving growth in loans, deposits, and non‑interest income.

Participate in community outreach and events to promote the bank.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and Comerica policies.

Maintain disciplined operational standards and mitigate risk within the Banking Center.

Deliver exceptional customer service, including opening accounts, problem resolution, and teller transactions.

Collaborate closely with the Banking Manager when leading center activities.

Position Qualifications

Associate Degree from an accredited college or 60 college credits, or H.S. Diploma/GED.

At least 3 years of customer service experience (minimum 1 year required).

At least 1 year of consumer sales experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Completion of Comerica Platform Training Program.

Work Best Category Category A – 100% in the office.

Hours 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday – Friday; 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., Saturday.

Salary To be determined based on individual experience.
